Is it okay to take the 28 day tea tox, berberine and the lean shots together? I have a trip in 4 weeks and trying to lean up a bit.: Hi! Yes you can take them together, however, each are different, so we recommend that you take them gradually so as you can observe the effects. Ideally, Super Lean Shots are taken before meal. Morning Boost are taken during breakfast, Berberine is after meals 3x a day. Lastly, Night Cleanse is before bedtime. If this is too overwhelming, please take Berberine after the 28 days.
