  • How does the guide work?

    The foundation of the program is all about maximum results for fat loss, muscle strengthening and muscle toning, through strategically combining exercises in each set (i.e. supersets). This also means that the time commitment per exercise is reduced! The method can be broken down into 4 key components: Supersets, progression, tempo and mobility, each of which is specifically designed to help you get the most out of the program and help you built muscle and burn fat efficiently.

  • Is BodyBoss Tone suitable for beginners?

    We would recommend that you start your fitness journey with BodyBoss Ultimate Body 12-week Fitness Guide, which is designed to help you lose fat and increase your fitness. Once you have completed the Ultimate Fitness Guide, we recommend you come back here to BodyBoss Tone to take your fitness to the next level!

  • How is the program structured?

    Mondays and Wednesdays are weights days, where we aim to progressively strengthen, tone and build lean muscle mass where you want it on your body.
    Tuesdays are dedicated to a recovery workout with light exercise, to keep those muscles moving.
    Thursdays are dedicated to cardio, but don't worry, you won't just be running at the same pace for half an hour!
    Fridays are the HIIT and pylometrics day, designed to shred that body fat.
    Saturday and Sunday.... You get your well-deserved rest days!

  • How many workouts are there in the guide?

    Over the course of 6 weeks, there are 60 exercises to keep your workout sessions fresh and challenging! The constant rotation in exercises activates as many muscles as possible, drives fat burning and is a key component of the BodyBoss success.

  • What equipment will I need?

    For the Tone program, a gym membership is required for exercise twice a week, because you will require specific machines, which are only available in the gym. The rest of the workouts can be done at home or outside!

  • What kind of exercises are there?

    Weights Workout
    These are exercises that builds strength and size of skeletal muscles. It utilizes the force of gravity in the form of a variety of equipment to target specific muscle groups and types.

    Cardio & Mobility
    Cardio relies on the heart to shuttle oxygen to your muscles and raises your heart rate for an extended period. Such exercise has cardiovascular benefits, strengthening the heart and lungs, and is known to reduce your chances of developing many diseases

    HIIT & Plyometrics
    Plyometrics (or plyos) are explosive exercises designed to build strength, speed and coordination.
